LIFE COACHING

In addition to designing running training programs, I am also a certified Master 3 Consciousness Coach. Consciousness Coaching is a form of life coaching which enables people to clarify their goals, unlock their potential and maintain the focus and energy needed to achieve their goals.

 

This life coaching can be done in addition to the running training OR on its own.

 

It is a 12 week program with a skype call/coffee chat/meeting once every two weeks. The program is designed for:

  •  those facing lifestyle changes or new career paths

  •  anyone who would like to improve their performance in a sustainable way, athletically or in their career

  •  anyone who wants to live life to its full potential
