Running programs

I offer online, individualised running training programs designed to the specifications of each unique person. Being an athlete with a busy schedule, I understand the need to balance life and training. The program is designed to add value to your life as a whole. Running is a powerful tool to better ourselves and with the correct guidance, I believe that everyone has the ability and power to reach their goals, athletic or other.

 

After a skype, coffee or phone call chat to clarify your goals, I can then design a running schedule for you including all the key elements of your training. Some of these include strength work, technical running, cross training, injury advice, gear advice and nutritional advice.

Through the training log, I am in touch with my clients every day to support and guide them through the process.
